Create Product: Virtual
This section of the platform is for creating new Virtual Products. Typically, Brand / Retailers create and own Virtual Products within the Catalog.
What is a Virtual Product?
A Virtual is a Product that has been created by applying a Design, uploading Artwork, and / or adding functionality to a Blank Product.
Virtual Products are sold online or in-store via kiosks, with the orders being automatically routed through to the original Fulfiller.
Virtual Products retain a direct connection to their associated Blank, inheriting any settings and production related properties for the purposes of on demand fulfilment.
How to Create a Virtual Product
The Virtual Product wizard features 4 options, each of which offers a different creation method to suit certain requirements.
Manual
Create single or multiple Virtual Products by uploading artwork and/or adding functionality settings within a multi-edit sequence.
This option is best suited for adding advanced functionality, applying specific formatting control or working with complex Blank Products.

Design
Apply, upload or create a new interactive 'design' and add it to a range of Blank Products across all, or a selection of associated colours.
Designs contain interactive image and/or text, but have only basic formatting options.

Artwork
Create Virtual products in bulk by adding pre-created Artwork files to a range of Blank Products across all, or a selection of associated colours.
This option is best suited for quickly creating simple Virtual Products that feature 'static' artwork with no personalisation.
Users can upload Artwork in 2 ways;
- Artwork - Standard raster format Artwork (PNG / JPG). All standard artwork is re-processed / resized and converted to RGB by default. Users can define the best 'fit' by selecting either Contain or Cover options.
- Print Ready Artwork - Ensures that the uploaded file is not 'processed' in any way - instead the original file formatting / structure is retained and passed through with orders verbatim. This may be necessary when using specific layers / channels to achieve optimal print results.

Import
Create Virtual products in bulk by specifying print ready Artwork URLs in a CSV file.
This option is best suited for creating high volumes of Virtual products and targeting specific print locations with 'static' artwork.
