Field Mapping
This section of the platform is for adding and editing Field Mapping data against products.

What is Field Mapping?
Field Mapping refers to a mapping of text areas producing print ready artwork through the conversion of text input to a print output to manage orders effectively.
Field Mapping can also be used for textual items, those that do not use a Kornit X smart link to display a preview.
Field Mapping provides a convenient solution to this, allowing text areas on the Product to be 'mapped' to match the personalisation fields on the marketplace listing.

Fulfillers can use field mapping to pass Kornit X data and we can send the value back.

How to Add Field Mapping
To add field mapping click the "+ Mapping" button.
The system will then create a Field Mapping entry. The system will ask for the Retailer company that this Field Mapping relates to. Users can search for the retailer company they wish to use.
Users can then set the "From" and "To" values.
The "From" is the data taken from the Retailers orders and the "To" data is what Kornit X will send the Fulfiller.

For more information on how to set field mapping, click here.

How to edit Field Mapping
Users can amend existing Field Mapping. To do so they can simply change the retailer and change the "From" and "To" values. Once changed the Field Mapping can be saved,
If Field Mapping needs to be deleted users can simply click the trash button which will delete the field mapping,
