What is Proof Manager?
Proof Manager is a proof management system that is available within the KornitX platform. It functions as an extension of Product Designer which can be used to create proofs via the interactive design tools. Any created proofs then populate Proof Manager to allow status visibility and tracking of the digital proof. 
An example of a customer that would find Proof Manager beneficial is a b2b customer looking for simple virtual sample sign-off software. 

How Can I Filter Proof Manager?
Within Proof Manager, created proofs can be filtered by either the Owner company name or by the associated status;
  1. Pending Review: The proof has been sent for review
  2. Approved: The proof has passed the review step
  3. Rejected: The proof has failed the review step
  4. Ordered: The approved proof has been ordered

For each listed proof, there are basic details available including:
  1. Thumbnail: Image preview of the created proof
  2. Name: Name of the proof
  3. SKU: Associated product sku
  4. Reviewer: Contact details of the reviewer
  5. Status: Current proof status
  6. Date: Creation and review date

How Do I Open / View a Proof?
To access a proof, click to open it and expand all available details. This includes additional information:
  1. Reviewer Link: Clickable link to show the online proof as sent to the reviewer
  2. *Reviewer Comments: Feedback from the reviewer (if reviewed)

There are also 2 buttons at the top of the screen, these are "Resend Reviewer Email" which will forward a reminder to the Reviewer email address, and "Place Order" which will allow for the product to be ordered and printed.
