Settings: Order Status Mutation
There are a handful of Order Status Mutation settings that can be set against a company, these include the following 2 options.
Force 'Shipper Received' Status After Dispatch - This option will ensure whenever an order is dispatch the system will automatically change the order status to "Shipper Received".
Suppress "Shipper Received" status on shipment creation - This option will suppress the "Shipper Received" status on a shipments creation leaving the order in whatever status it is already in.
