Company Settings: Scan Points V1?
Scan Points V1 is a section of the Production module within the Kornit X platform. Scan Points commonly work within the Scan Point process. This process works to Display Jobs, run Quality Control and finally to Dispatch Jobs which is used by many Kornit X customers. 
We also cater for Scan Points V2, we recommend checking which version of Scan Points is being used before coming to the company advanced settings available. 

How does it work?
The Kornit X Company settings have been set to ensure users can customise and use Scan Points as they wish. These settings can be set and have been created to increase efficiency. These options have been detailed below:
  1. Allow Barcode Prefixes - When this slider is enabled, barcode prefixes will also be enabled which relate to the country of origin on barcodes. 
  2. Auto Print Label PDF Popup - With this slider enabled, an auto print popup will appear whenever a label has been scanned. 
  3. Badge Scan Enabled - Once this slider has been enabled the system will allow badge scans to work, which by default do not through scan points V1.
  4. Display Item Mode - Display Item Mode offers a dropdown for users to choose from the options of Download Artwork or Print Barcode which will ensure when displaying a scan point the user can select between the 2 options. 
  5. Force "Shipper Received" Status After Dispatch -With this slider bar enabled, the system will force an order status to change to "Shipper Received" whenever a scan point is dispatched. 
  6. HP Box API Enable - Users here will only enable this slider if they are using any type of HP Box which is a type of docking station for multiple screens and connections. 
  7. Important Attributes - Users can flag any attributes they want here such as an attribute relating to a gift box or specific option, simply enter the attribute in this textbox option. 
  8. Use Advanced Shipping Services - This slider enabled will mean users wish to use the Advanced Shipping Services. 
  9. Use Artwork Barcode - Once enabled, this slider will allow artwork barcodes to appear on print jobs.
  10. Use Combined Shipment Document - This slider enabled will force scan points V1 to use combined shipment documents.
