Exports: Capacity

The Capacity Export provides a convenient way for Fulfillers to pull Stock Capacity information in bulk. 

The export produces a CSV document for any 'selected' or filtered Products in Product Manager; this allows you to target a specific Category or Fulfiller. 

What is the Capacity export used for?

Fulfillers can use the exported data to review and compare existing stock capacity across a range of Products.

What data is available in the Variant export? 

The CSV file contains all Capacity settings for the selected Products, which includes the following columns;
  1. Product ID (product.id)
  2. Retail SKU (product.retail_sku)
  3. Supplier SKU (product.supplier_sku)
  4. Product Name (product.name)
  5. From Date (segment.from_datetime)
  6. To Date (segment.to_datetime)
  7. Quantity Capacity (segment.quantity_capacity)
  8. Quantity Allocated (segment.quantity_allocated)
The file will also provide the unique IDs for any associated items.
