Exports: Field Map
The Field Map Export provides a convenient way for Fufillers to extract Field Mapping data information in bulk.
The export produces a CSV document for any 'selected' or filtered Products in Product Manager; this allows you to target a specific Category or Fulfiller.
What is the Field Map Export used for?
The Field Map export will gather all data relating to field mapping you may have in place for specific retailers. Field Mapping is used by some retalers within the platform and essnetially acts as a method to recieve one field name in an order that can be mapped to another piece of data found in that retalers system.
Please note, this will only be a useful Export if you use Field Mapping on any or all of your products. if you have no field mapping set up the export will apear blank.
Using the export is a good way of reviewing field map data in bulk for all products and is ideal for retailers to ensure products are ready for orders to come in and field map to the correct areas.
What data is available in the Field Map Export?
All of the following fields will be shown for all products downloaded from a fulfiller or category when running this export.
- Product Name
- Fulfiller SKU
- Fulfiller Company Ref ID
- Fulfiller Company Name
- Retail SKU
- FIeld Map ID
- Field map Company Ref
- Field Map From
- Field Map To
