Imports: Capacity
The Capacity Import provides a convenient way for Fulfillers to set Stock Capacity information in bulk. 

The required import format is csv.

What is the Capacity Import used for?
The import is used by Fulfillers to set stock capacity information which can then be found within the Capacity Planner located within the "Production" module.

Additional steps before saving a Capacity Import file
There are some saving formats that must be used when saving your files, we will detail these steps below. 
  1. For the "product.supplier_sku" header you must right click on the cell and change to "Number" with 0 decimal spaces. Please note this should only be done for SKUs containing numbers. 
  2. For the "segment.from_datetime" and "segment.to_datetime" headers you must right click onto the cell and change to "Custom" with the type set to "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss". Setting this will ensure the correct datetime the platform expects is going to be received from the import

CSV Import Format Requirements
If using Excel, the file must be saved as a .CSV.

If using OpenOffice or equivalent, save as .CSV and be sure to:
  1. Enable 'Edit the Filter Settings'
  2. Keep Current Format
  3. Change the character set to UNICODE (UTF-8)
  4. The saving delimiter needs to be ","
  5. Enable 'Quote all text cells'
The file can then be imported.
