The No Preview Import provides a convenient way to create No Preview Products via CSV.
No Preview refers to products that offer customisation functionality without an interactive live preview. 

What is the No Preview Import used for?

The import serves as a semi-automated solution for Fulfillers to create No Preview Products in bulk.

Relevant eCommerce and Pricing data and functionality options can be included within an import file, providing an effective way to add Products to the Catalog in a single operation.

The ecommerce, pricing and attributes columns of the import are limited. More advanced options for these sections, refer to the dedicated ECommerce, Attributes or Pricing Tier Groups imports.

How to use the Import

The import requires a formatted CSV to be uploaded containing data based on the following information groups;
  1. Basic Details - Product and Fulfiller information
  2. eCommerce Data - Includes sales descriptions, weights etc
  3. Pricing - Associated pricing information
  4. Funtionality - Required Text, Image and Attribute options

CSV Import Format Requirements
If using Excel, the file must be saved as a .CSV

If using OpenOffice or equivalent, save as .CSV and be sure to:
  1. Enable 'Edit the Filter Settings'
  2. Keep Current Format
  3. Change the character set to UNICODE (UTF-8)
  4. The saving delimeter needs to be ","
  5. Enable 'Quote all text cells'
The file can then be imported.
