Dispatch Order (with tracking) 

1a. Acknowledge Order 

When an order is successfully received by the endpoint, a 200 OK response should be returned to KornitX - this serves as the order acknowledgement. 

Once updated you should see the following:

1. Order status in the platform update to 'Received by supplier' 
   

1b. Dispatch Order 

Once the order has been successfully received by the endpoint and Acknowledged in the Platform, can you please Dispatch the order via the API. 

Please ensure tracking information is included in the update. Dummy tracking info can be used at this point if required. 

! Note, if you are using Next NDD, Tracking does not need to be included. 

Once updated you should see the following in the KornitX Platform:

1. Order status in the platform update to 'Dispatched'
   
2. Tracking info should be included on the order. 
   

Cancel Order 

2a. Acknowledge Order 

When an order is successfully received by the endpoint, a 200 OK response should be returned to KornitX - this serves as the order acknowledgement. 

Once updated you should see the following in the KornitX Platform:

1. Order status in the platform update to 'Received by supplier' 
   

2c. Cancel Order 

Once the order has been successfully Acknowledged in the KornitX Platform, can you please Cancel the order via the API. 

Once updated you should see the following:

1. Order status in the platform update to 'Cancelled' 
   

Update Stock 

3. Update Stock Values

Once updated you should see the following:

1. Stock values in Production / Inventory should match  those submitted on your feed.
