This section of the platform lists all available orders for a fulfiller, offering a quick way to download an orders jobsheet and artwork.
This section is found within production due to the fact the Order List links to all downloadable elements of an order
What is the functionality of Order List?
The functionality of Order List is to allow fulfillers to quickly review orders and download the Artwork and Jobsheets from an easy to use section of the Production module.
As a standard, the list of orders will contain the following data.
- Order Quantity
- Product SKU
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Shipping Details
- Dispatch Date
- Created Date
This is only best used for downloaded Artwork or Jobsheets, so in the case of managing orders we would advise using "Order Manager" found within the Sales module.
How to download the orders artwork and jobsheets
In order to download the Artwork and Jobsheets, users simply need to head to the of the order and they can either download the "Jobsheet" or "Artwork" based on the option picked
