What is Production Pallets?
Production Pallets allows users to create and modify pallets and their associated items. These are all then used throughout their associated workflow associated with your Production Centre company. This works in line with production Vehicles as pallets need to loaded onto a vehicle before it can be closed for Dispatch.

There are various different ways to search through available vehicles including searching by their Pallet ID or Order Number and filtering via different dropdowns.
The available dropdown filters include Production Centres, Statuses and Vehicles.

How do I create a new Pallet?
To make a new Pallet simply select the “Create Pallet” option as shown here.

Within the creation menu you can select the following listed below.
  1. Production Centre – All available companies of this type will appear in this dropdown.
  2. Carrier – This is the carrier associated, please note this needs to match correctly to the explicit Carrier so for example if its DPD, you must have “DPD” in the box.
  3. Number of Pallets – This is the number of pallets you wish to create; this will also be how many the vehicle can take so users can add say “30” into this option.

Once complete users simply hit the “Create Pallets” button and this will be created. The platform will generate a pallet label for you which can be printed off. This can be stuck onto the physical pallet as well - This will be needed when it comes to dispatching so ensure this is set.
