What is Production Vehicles?
Production Vehicles allows users to create vehicles which can be used to ship your orders via the adding of Pallets and Carriers associated with your Production Centre company.

There are various different ways to search through available vehicles including the system generated and registration plate registered to the vehicle.
Additionally there is a dropdown to filter by Production Centre and the Statuses of Loading, Closed and DIspatched.

How does it work?
Within the vehicle menu you can choose the "+ Create Vehicle" button and simply specify your Production Centre, Registration number of said vehicle and list the carrier associated.

Once this vehicle has been created the view will be updated like the following image, We can see the ID, Reg, Production Centre, Status, Carrier, Created & Arrival times and Dispatch Status.

With the created vehicle now, we can go into the vehicle and review it to make any changes such as amending the Carrier name or manually changing the status within the Details menu.  On the main menu we have one option and that is the option to “Close” the vehicle which can be clicked once the vehicle has been completely loaded with full pallets.

How to control the Carrier Dropdown

The Carrier dropdown can be controlled to only show Carriers that you work with. This can be set by going into the Production Centre and within the “Advanced” company settings you can head to the “UI Preferences” sub menu which can be shown below.

Once the “UI Preferences” has been updated within the Carrier dropdown of vehicles and pallets users are able to select from the dropdown which will then appear within your Production Vehicles.
