Reporting : Production Dashboards
What are the Production Dashboards?
Kornit X have 2 production dashboards which work together to give information regarding jobs moving through our Production and Floor Modules. Both of these are accessible under the reporting section of the platform.
Production Dashboard - shows the amount of items on each job template for production today, tomorrow and in the future along with any that are overdue.
Production Workload Dashboard - breaks down the exact time it will take for the total number of jobs on a batch template in for each day.
How does it work?
Being able to report on these requires certain elements to be set up / provided. These dashboards will not work or will be inaccurate if these things are not done
1) Each product in the Catalog module should have a "Production Time (Minutes)" set in the ecommerce data tab which reflects how long it takes to produce
2) On the job templates reporting in here each one should have "Honour Required Dispatch Date" option ticked
3) Order should be sent in with a "Required Dispatch Date" for this to work fully. If they do not all items will be added into the today column on both dashboards.
