Integration Setup
To set this up users need to enter their API Key which can be accessed via a users Marks & Spencer account. There are a few options to set when using this integration and these include the following listed below:
  1. Email Errors To - An email or multiple emails with a comma separated can be set here to send any errors to.
  2. Volume Level - The dropdown here can be updated to either work for "Peak" or "Off-Peak" times, this can be updated whenever the timings need to be different. Please note, when setting this data we advise also setting the Demand Release Data which will deal with Peak and Off-Peak timings which will be detailed below.
  3. Start of Day (SoD) Data - The next section of the integration can be used to set the "Schedule" and the "Next At" timings for orders to be pulled in. Please note that this needs to use the UTC times.
  4. Demand Release (DRL) Data - The final section of the integration can be set here to influence the demand release data of orders. There are multiple options to set here such as the following
    1. Peak & Off-Peak Maximum Batch Size - By default an option of 500 is already set but users can define the maximum per batch size of the Peak and Off-Peak batch sizes, the option can be lower or higher.
    2. Peak & Off-Peak Push Schedule (UTC) - A Peak & Off-Peak push schedule time can be set here using the UTC timing convention, the push schedule refers to timing of the order push into the system and these can differ for both "Volume Levels" already set on the integration.
    3. Peak & Off-Peak Next At (UTC) - A Peak & Off-Peak Next at schedule time can be set here using the UTC timing convention, the Next at scheudle refers to the timings for orders to next be pushed at.
    4. Peak Advance Days - A numerical value can be added here to act as an advance for Peak timings so in an Off-Peak season the value can be set to update in the coming days, acting as a switchover option in advance.
