Sales Channel Integrations | Marks and Spencer

Introduction
The Kornit X platform has been connected to Marks and Spencer via an integration which allows orders to be pulled into the Sales Module. Users can enable this on Sales Channel company types to connect and use this.

Integration Setup
To set this up users first need to select their FS Type being used, from the dropdown users can pick and supply the following. Alongside the type users must also enter their FS Root, Pull Path and Push Path.
  1. FTP - For this option users must supply their FTP Host, Username and Password.
  2. SFTP - With this option users must supply their Public Key, Host, Port, Username and Password.
  3. S3+SFTP - Finally with this option users must supply their Bucket, Region, Access Key and Secret Key.
These options and details will be found within the set up FS Type so all details should be accessible by users of these.
There are multiple details that can be set and these have been broken down below.
  1. Start of Day [SoD] settings - Users can set the pull schedules using the UTC timings for the Schedule and Next At options.
  2. Demand Release [DRL] settings - There are multiple settings for a user to set here including setting UTC timings for Peak Schedule, Peak Next At, Off-Peak Schedule and Off-Peak Next At.  Users can finally set a Peak and Off-Peak Maximum Batch Size (500 is set as default) and Peak Advance Days. We advise setting these options for both Peak and Off-Peak so both options can be easily enabled and swapped when the volume is different depending on the time of year or holiday.
Additionally, users can set an email to send any integration or order errors to and enable a Volume Level for orders with the dropdown options of "Off-Peak" and "Peak".
