Sales Channel Integrations: Not On The High Street API

Introduction
The Kornit X platform has been connected to NOTHS via an integration which allows orders to be pulled into the Sales Module.




How it works
  1. Kornit X gets all orders from NOTHS every hour
  2. Orders Accepted as long as we have a valid SKU in the Catalog Module
  3. Orders are then routed to appropriate fulfilment partner - or left in own warehouse if no SKU details available
  4. Kornit X also checks the personalisation details on the products in the Catalog to match them to the suppliers required personalisation fields to ensute the correct artwork can be generated
  5. Dropship Suppliers will always confirm receipt of order to Kornit X
  6. Automated reports can be generated to identify orders not confirmed or not despatched - or these can be viewed online using filters
  7. Once a supplier has confirmed despatch of an order Kornit X will update the NOTHS API to confirm
