Sales Channel Integrations | OpenEDI
Introduction
The Kornit X platform has been connected to Open EDI which is part of the Transalis network via an integration which allows orders to be pulled into the Sales Module. Users can enable this on Sales Channel company types to connect and use this.

Integration Setup
To set this up users need to enter their Customer Code and Supplier Code which can be accessed via a users OpenEDI account. On top of this users must be using an FTP to send orders and a user must enter their FS Root, FTP Host, Port, FTP Username, FTP User, FTP Password and FTP Path. There are additional slider settings that are optional for the FTP such as.
- FTP SSL - Enabling this ensures that the FTP has the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate.
- FTP Passive - With this slider enabled it ensures the FTP is set into the Passive mode which can be set to alleviate any issues caused by client-side firewalls.
Users can set an email to send any integration or order errors to as well as setting default EU and RoW shipping.
