Sales Channel Integrations | Waitrose
Introduction
The Kornit X platform has been connected to Waitrose via an integration which allows orders to be pulled into the Sales Module. Users can enable this on Sales Channel company types to connect and use this.

Integration Setup
To set this up users need to first have an SFTP account set up and need to supply their FS Push Root, FS Push Path, FS Pull Path, Public Key, SFTP Host, SFTP Push Username, SFTP Pull Username, SFTP Password and SFTP Port to be bale to enable this. Users will find all of the above data from their setup SFTP. Once set the slider can be set to enabled and the integration will be live.
Once sets users can set their own Pull and Next Pull Schedule using the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) timings, so for Great Britain users would set "09:00 GMT" as an example.
Users can also enable a handful of additional features such as enabling the Test Mode slider to turn the integration into a testing environment. Finally, users can also enable the "Skip On Error" slider which for any failed orders the system will skip them to not hold up any more incoming orders.
