Sales: Customer Services

What is Customer Services?
Customer Services is a section of the Kornit X Sales workflow which shows all orders where a customer has reported any errors with orders. If customers send complaints to the fulfiller they can simply take contact information from the customer and within this section they can find the orders.

The point of the section is to allow fulfillers to respond to feedback or duplicate any orders that have failed.

How does it work?
The section will load all orders by the fulfiller that have Customer Service feedback, this screen may appear blank and this means straight away that there are no orders to review. However, the screen can show orders which are split by order numbers.

Within Customer Services, users can filter their orders by the following.
  1. Search Option
  1. Filter by Sales Channel

  1. Filter by Fulfillers
  1. Filter by order status
    1. Further to the above their are advanced statuses for SKU, Carrier, Method, Customer Name/Email, Postcode, Date From, Date To, Dispatch From, Dispatch To, Has Error and Product Owner

Once familiar with the searching options users can simply click into each listed order and here the user will be taken straight to the Customer Service tab of each order as shown below.

What to do within Orders?
Once within the Customer Service tab of an order, users can see the Customer Service feedback, which will explain the problem with an order. This can be entered by any retailers to send back information to fulfillers.
Once the data has been reviewed the fulfiller user will have the option to duplicate the order to send through a replacement order.
Fulfiller users can also clear the feedback, once the duplicate has been sent,
