Sales Channels
The Sales Channel Dashboard is a feature for our fulfillers to access to view their orders at a glance. This means that users who have many fulfillers working with them can take a look at the dashboard and they can see orders for that day, that week, this year and finally any outstanding that need to be checked.
What is the functionality of Sales Channel?
The functionality is to have a quick view of orders and at a click being able to view orders filtered into different options as shown below.
The data on this dashboard will be split into the following fields detailed below.
- Channel - The sales channel will be listed here, clicking into the channel will take you to the company that can be edited.
- Today - Orders for today will be listed when clicking into the numbers, a new page will be opened displaying a filtered view of Order Manager with orders for that day.
- This Week - Orders for that week will be listed when clicking into the numbers, a new page will be opened displaying a filtered view of Order Manager with orders for that 7 day week.
- This Year - Orders for that year will be listed when clicking into the numbers, same as the other views a new page will be opened displaying a filtered view of Order Managers with orders for that 365 day year.
- Outstanding - Clicking outstanding will take you to any orders that have not yet been fulfilled, clicking this will open a new page for Order Manager filtered to show any orders that have not yet been created.
This feature is best suited for Organisations working with multiple fulfillers and sales channels who want a quick overview dashboard of how many orders are coming in for each of the time periods as well as being able to see any orders that are outstanding.
