If you do not already have a DHL Business account you can contact them here - DHL Express Account Setup
Our Platform integrates seamlessly with your DHL Express account to allow the booking in of shipments, the printing of labels and the passing of tracking references.
If you have a DHL Express account all you need to do is add your Username, Password and Account Number into the shipping integration on your dropship company and ensure the "Is Enabled" tickbox is checked.
You can also set certain options such as Shipment Strategy (Individual or Combined Parcels), Pickup Time, Closing Time, Pickup Type or Special Pickup Instructions.
Regarding the Payment Info field you can select from the following options - Cost and Freight, Cost, Insurance and Freight, Carriage and Insurance Paid to, Carriage Paid to, Delivered at Frontier, Delivery Duty Paid, Delivery Duty Unpaid, Delivred at Place, Delivered ex Quay (Duty Paid), Delivered ex Ship, Ex Works, Free Alongside Ship, Free Carrier and Free On Board.
With the special instructions you can indicate whether an item is too heavy and requires the use of "2 Man Delivery" which is an option of this DHL supplier integration.
