Please note, Evri have recently changed their name from Hermes.
Our Platform integrates seamlessly with your Evri account to allow the booking in of shipments, the printing of labels and the passing of tracking references.
If you have a Evri account all you need to do is add your API Key, API Secret, Client ID, Client Name, Child Client ID and ensure the "Is Enabled" tickbox is checked.
The Shipping Carrier on your orders needs to be "Hermes" and the Shipping Method can be "Standard" or "Next Day"
Evri shipping labels are approximately postcard size at 4 inches by 6 inches (152 mm by 102 mm)
UPDATE 06-06-2019 The Evri Integration now allows settings for sending value and weight for orders being delivered outside of the United Kingdom. Older companies need to have "Use Advanced Shipping Services" ticked in their advanced settings to utilise this.
ENSURE YOUR PRODUCTS IN CATALOG HAVE VALID WEIGHTS SET IN ECOMMERCE DATA - IF NO WEIGHTS ARE SET THEN "0" WILL BE SENT TO HERMES AND THIS MAY DEFAULT TO MORE EXPENSIVE PARCEL METHODS
Enable Surname Workaround - if enabled this allows for orders entered into the platform with only a first name to be processed. A full name is required by Evri to book a consignment so the platform will repeat the first name twice to ensure shipments can be booked.
