ParcelHub Integration Help
Our Platform integrates seamlessly with DPD accounts to allow the booking in of shipments, the printing of labels and the passing of tracking references.
If customers have a ParcelHub account all they need to do is add their Base URL, Username, Password, Account Number and Store ID taken from their account and ensure that the "Is Enabled" tickbox is checked.
You can also set certain options such as the following listed below.
Use Variant Weight slider - With this slider enabled, the weight set against stock products will be picked up from those products using variants
Dropship Delegation Slider - Users need to enable this option if they plan to use Dropship Delegation. For information on what this does, please click here.
From Country Dropdown - This option offers the "From Country" details of an order and uses the options of countries this is available within.
Shipping Insurance Dropdown - Users can select a shipping insurance option which is a preset option ParcelHub can set, these options include "Shipsurance", "Carrier" or "Provider".
Shipment Strategy Dropdown - Users can select a Shipment Strategy option which is a preset option ParcelHub can set, these options include "Combined" or "Individual" Parcels.
Pricing Strategy Dropdown - Users can select a Pricing Strategy option which is a preset option ParcelHub can set, these options include "Order" or "Product".
Use Dropship Currency slider - With this slider enabled the currency of this integration will match what is set within the dropshp company, if this field is left blank on the company this will not work.
Address Details - Users can set options such as Contact Name, Company Name, Phone and Email details.
