If you do not already have an BRT DPD account you can contact them here - BRT DPD Setup
Our Platform integrates seamlessly with your BRT DPD account to allow the booking in of shipments, the printing of labels and the passing of tracking references.
If you have an BRT DPD Merchant account all you need to do is add your FS Root and set your FS Type (either FTP or SFTP). and ensure the "Basic Enabled" tickbox is checked.
You can also enable options like Ahead of Time Enabled, Enable C.O.D Services as well as setting a Shipment Strategy (From the options of Individual or Combined parcels).
C.O.D Services refers to Cash On Delivery services so if you need this option enabled to gather shipment money from the customer this can be enabled. Still Need Help?
