Supplier Integrations | Access Supply Chain
Introduction
This integration allows the Kornit X platform to send order data out to Access Supply Chain for fulfillers using that system to produce and dispatch items.
Integration Setup
When setting this up users will need to set their MSSQL settings including the MSSQL Host, User, Password and Database. On top of these setting users will need to enter their Customer Code which will be available from Access Supply Chain before the integration is set with us.
MSSQL Host offers a dropdown selection between the UAT and Production servers.
Please note, the MSSQL details will be available from a users set up MSSQL Server.
There are multiple different slider settings that can be enabled when using the Access Supply Chain supplier integration and these have been detailed below.
- Secondary Orders - With this option enabled, the system will ensure all secondary orders can pass through this integration.
- Dispatch Date Filter - If a user enabled this the system will be able to filter by order dispatch dates.
- Shipment PDFS Enabled - Enabling this option ensures that a PDF is always produced for shipment data on a orders.
- Strict Validation Enabled) - This option will ensure all data validation is strict on any orders coming into the system. Please note, this option is automatically enabled for all integrations so we recommend double checking if turning this off will work for you with Access Supply Chain.
- Character Validation Enabled (by default) - This option will ensure character validation is run on all orders falling into the system for Access Supply Chain. Please note, this option is automatically enabled for all integrations so we recommend double checking if turning this off will work for you with Access Supply Chain.
- Pass Pricing - Enabling this options will ensure pricing is passed with every order into the system.
- User Billing Address override - With this option enabled all orders will use a billing dress override where applicable.
Please note, "Auto Find Instock Newspapers" is a specific option that has been used by specific customers working with newspaper products so this can likely be ignored.
Users can set up additional options within the main integration menu such as setting a start timestamp, setting a Payments Paycode, Origin Type, Version Number (1 by default) and the ability to set the Next Pull time for orders using the UTC Language.
There is also options to add any Urgent Shipping Methods. Users can list as many as they need by separating the options by commas.
Status and Timings
Orders for companies with Access Supply Chain enabled that are on the status of "received" will be sent to Access Supply Chain every hour.
