Company Settings: Webhook Order Status
For users using Webhooks, the Kornit X platform has ways to improve the Order Status of all orders of this type. There are multiple settings to be set within Webhooks Order Status and those include the following:
  1. Delay Shipment Info Until Dispatch - when enabled this will delay the shipment information on the order to only appear once the item has been dispatched
  2. Ignore Failures - when enabled this will ignore any errors that come in on orders and move onto the next order, meaning users must revisit failed orders. 
  3. Retry Delay (Seconds) - Users can set a numerical value to retry getting orders into the system every few seconds that they enter. 
  4. Use Fixed IP Proxy - Allows all order status calls from the platform to originate from a fixed IP address of 18.170.191.48
These options can help to improve any orders coming in from webhooks and Kornit X recommends using these examples where applicable to improve these types of orders.
