Sales Channel Intergrations | Funky Pigeon
Introduction
The Kornit X platform has been connected to Funky Pigeon which allows orders to be pulled into the Sales Module from an FTP of SFTP set separately from the integration. Users can enable this on Sales Channel company types to connect and use this.

Integration Setup
To set this up users need to select the FS Type either as FTP or SFTP and the FS Root which will either send orders from the Live or Staging root folder. The credentials needed for each type are listed below.
- FTP needs to have the Host, Username and Password set.
- SFTP needs to have the Public Key, Host, Port, Username and Password set.
These credentials will be available within a users FTP or SFTP setup.
There are a few options to set when using this integration and these include setting an Email to send any errors to, the Status Callback URL (Available from Funky Pigeon) and an Item Type dropdown for either individual External URL or multiple External URL (Multi) option.
