Supplier Integrations | Baselinker

Introduction
This integration allows the Kornit X platform to send order data out to Baselinker for fulfillers using that system to produce and dispatch items.

Integration Setup
When setting this up users need to set details such as their Token, Order Status ID, User Comments, Admin Comments and User Login. These details will be provided from Baselinker before the integration is set with us.

Once these details have been added users than must all choose between their FS types and set the FS Root to be able to proceed on setting this integration, users can select between the following options detailed below.
  1. FTP - The FTP Host, Username and Password must be supplied here. 
Users can set up additional options within the main integration menu such as setting a start timestamp and an email to send any errors to. 

There are also options to set the invoicing details associated to this integration. These fields include the following Invoice Full Name, Company, Nip, Address, City, Postcode and Country Code.

Status and Timings
Orders for companies with Baselinker enabled that are on the status of "received" will be sent to Baselinker every hour.
