Supplier Integrations | Epson
Introduction
This integration allows the Kornit X platform to send order data out to Epson for fulfillers using that system to produce and dispatch items.
Integration Setup
When setting this up users need to first set their FS Root and choose between the 2 FS Type options. users can select between the following options detailed below.
FTP - The FTP Host, Username and Password must be supplied here.
SFTP - The Public Key, Host, Port, Username and Password must be supplied here.
Users can set up additional options within the main integration menu such as setting a start timestamp, an email to send any errors to, a slider option to enable secondary orders to flow through this integration and finally an option to set a Present Number map.
Status and Timings
Orders for companies with Epson enabled that are on the status of "received" will be sent to Epson every hour.
