Floor | Vehicle Station
The Vehicle station is where you can load pallets with orders and to do so you simply scan the pallet to be loaded and the pallet will be opened.
With the Vehicle Station loaded, to begin with all that needs to be done first is to select the vehicle of which the pallet needs to be loaded to.
Once the correct vehicle has been selected, we can scan the pallet onto the vehicle. You can keep adding pallets until the vehicle is full. Once full you simply need to close the vehicle.
Once closed you can print a vehicle manifest which can be printed and signed off by the driver. This gives a breakdown of the orders by pallet which can be printed.
As safeguards built into the platform there are restrictions that prevent products from being shipped on the wrong pallets and pallets being shipped with the wrong carrier. For example, if a Yodel Pallet is loaded onto a DPD vehicle. So, if DPD is scanned within a Yodel pallet there will be an error message to prevent this.
