Shipper Integrations: DPD Enterprise Service Gateway
DPD Enterprise Service Gateway Integration Help
Our Platform integrates seamlessly with your DPD ESG account to allow you to automatically book in consignments with DPD for collection and generate shipping labels from easy to use barcode scanpoints. The following slides detail the DPD Enterprise Service Gateway shipping integration and goes into more detail on what this is capable of doing.
If you have a DPD Enterprise account all you need to do is add your Username, Password and Address details for the sender and ensure the "Is Enabled" tickbox is checked.
You can also set certain options such as your Shipment Strategy (from the options of Individual Parcels, Bundled Parcles, Combined Parcels and Combined Parcels UK Post Brexit) and Ahead of Time Dispatch Enabled.
The DPD integration is active when:
- the order in question has
DPD set as the carrier
- the dropship company in question has the DPD ESG integration enabled and configured
A valid shipping method must be set on the order, DPD has several valid methods:
