DPD (Legacy) Integration Help
For customers who do not already have a DPD (Legacy) account, they can be contacted here - DPD Account Setup
Our Platform integrates seamlessly with DPD accounts to allow the booking in of shipments, the printing of labels and the passing of tracking references.
Please note this is for Legacy DPD accounts, for a more up to date DPD integration please use the DPD Enterprise Service Gateway integration.
If customers have a DPD (Legacy) account all they need to do is add their Service Code Strategy, Pushable Status Codes and ensure the "Is Enabled" tickbox is checked.
You can also set certain options such as enabling Secondary Orders and allow specific Country Codes, Shipping Methods and Shipping Carriers.
