HDX (Paragon) Integration Help
For customers who do not already have a HDX (Paragon) account, they can be contacted here - HDX (Paragon) Account Setup
Our Platform integrates seamlessly with HDX accounts to allow the booking in of shipments, the printing of labels and the passing of tracking references.
If customers have a HDX (Paragon) account all they need to do is add their User ID, Password, System ID and Client Number which will be accessible within their HDX account.
Users will have to use an inbound FTP for shipment, to do so they must add their Host, Remote Folder, Login, Password and Port which can be entered into these settings.
Users can set certain additional options such as setting this into a Testing integration, enabling the Ahead Of Time option, Division Code, Third Party Custom Code and company address details.
