Supplier Integrations | Slick Stitch [Simple]
Introduction
This integration allows the Kornit X platform to send simple order data out to Slick Stitchs for fulfillers using that system to produce and dispatch items.
Integration Setup
When setting this up users will need to choose between the FS Type and set the FS Root. These details will be provided from Slickstitch before the integration is set with Kornit x. As for the FS Type, dependent on the selection users need to supply the following.
- FTP - FTP requires the FTP Host, Username and Password to be set correctly.
- SFTP - Alternatively the SFTP requires the Host, Username and Password to be connected correctly.
Users can set up additional options within the main integration menu such as setting a start timestamp, an email to send any errors to and a slider option to enable "Extended Text Personalisation" on orders.
We recommend enabling this slider if the setup products require an extended text perosnalisaiton field, any passing 10 characters will need this enabled to print correctly.
Status and Timings
Orders for companies with Treat Gifts enabled that are on the status of "received" will be sent to Treat Gifts every hour.
