The Personalisation Areas Export provides a convenient way to extract information for configured Functionality settings in bulk. 
Personalisation Areas refer to the Image and Text areas configured against Products.

The export produces a CSV document for any 'selected' or filtered Products in Product Manager; this allows you to target a specific Category or Fulfiller etc. 


What is the Personalisation Areas Export used for?
The exported data can be used to review and compare existing configuration settings across a range of Products.

The CSV file also serves as a template, allowing the data to be edited and applied via the associated Personalisation Areas Import to update the Products.

Some typical use cases are;
  1. To edit the area names and internal names
  2. To edit the x and y positions of all areas
  3. To edit the width / height of all areas
  4. To edit Input patterns

What data is available in the Personalisation Areas Export?
The CSV file contains Personalisation Areas Setup information for the selected products. 

Details are presented under the following column headers; 

General Columns
  1. Product ID - Unique Catalog number of the selected Product
  2. Product Name - Name of the Catalog Product
  3. Fulfiller SKU - Associated Product SKU
  4. Fulfiller Company Ref ID - Unique Company number 
  5. Fulfiller Company Name - Name of the associated Fulfiller
  6. Retail SKU - Associated Retail SKU

Area Specific Columns
  1. Area Product ID - Unique Catalog number of the Product that the area is defined against
  2. Area ID - Unique number of the personalisation area
  3. Area Surface ID - Print Area number
  4. Area Name - Name of the configured Image or Text Area
  5. Area Internal Name - Internal Name of the Image or Text Area
  6. Area Type - Image or Text
  7. Area x & y - Pixel co-ordinates of the area
  8. Text Area Input Pattern Regex - Text input rule
  9. Image Area Width & Height - Pixel width and height of the area
