Imports: Regional Fulfillers 

The Regional Fulfillers Import provides a convenient way for Fulfillers to upload Regional Fulfiller information to products within the Platform. 

The required import format is csv. 

What is the Regional Fulfillers Import used for?
The import is used to create Regional Fulfillers or to edit existing ones. 
Regional Fulfillers refers to a fulfiller of a certain region, meaning products can be available to different fulfillers based on the region of the retailer. So a Product can be fulfilled by multiple fulfillers around the world.
To set Regional Fulfillers, users must know the numerical ID to the fulfiller they wish to add and know the correct Alpha-2 Country code for the region (US, GB, DE, etc)

Create: Add new Regional Fulfillers to Products in bulk.

To create new Regional Fulfillers, the relevant Products should first be 'selected' or filtered in Product Manager prior to generating a Regional Fulfillers Export.

The generated CSV file serves as a template, allowing the Product data to be added in a format that is then suitable for use with the Regional Fulfillers Import to update the Products. 
It is recommended that Imports are tested on a sample range prior to rollout across a high volume of Products.
Users can set Regional Fulfillers by using the following input fields. Only the Fulfiller company ID and Regions code (Alpha-2 codes) update the products. 
  1. Product ID (product.id)
  2. Regional Fulfiller ID (regional_supplier.id)
  3. Regional Product ID (same as Product ID - regional_supplier.product_id)
  4. Regions (Alpha-2 codes, regional_supplier.regions)
  5. Regional Fulfiller Ref ID (regional_supplier.supplier_company_ref_id)

Edit: Update existing Regional Fulfillers across a range of Products.

To edit Regional Fulfillers, the relevant Products should be 'selected' or filtered in Product Manager prior to generating a Regional Fulfillers Export.

CSV Import Format Requirements
If using Excel, the file must be saved as a .CSV.

If using OpenOffice or equivalent, save as .CSV and be sure to:
  1. Enable 'Edit the Filter Settings'
  2. Keep Current Format
  3. Change the character set to UNICODE (UTF-8)
  4. The saving delimeter needs to be ","
  5. Enable 'Quote all text cells'
The file can then be imported.
