    New Onboarding Requests

    Raise a new Onboarding Request

All new onboarding requests should be submitted using the onboarding request form.

Once a request has been received, the Kornit X Team will issue a dedicated Product Assortment Board (PAB) for completion by the LGM Merchandising Team.

An example PAB can be viewed here.

    Artwork

    Artwork Creation

Please refer to the Artwork Standards and Designing for DTG Guidelines when creating artwork for Print on Demand products.

    These documents are available:
    1. Within the Legends Internal SharePoint repository
    2. Via the LGM Resources Dashboard
    3. By contacting the Kornit X Strategic Account Team

    Artwork Submission

Before submitting artwork to Kornit X, the LGM Merchandising Team must verify that the artwork file accurately matches the approved product mock-up.

Artwork should be submitted via a Dropbox URL.

    Best Practice:
A single parent Dropbox folder containing all relevant artwork and supporting files is preferred over individual Dropbox links for each product.

To avoid delays, artwork should be supplied in accordance with any agreed project timelines and launch deadlines.

    Artwork Support

For any artwork-related questions or support requirements, please contact the Kornit X Strategic Account Team.
