POD Campaign Onboarding

New Onboarding Requests

New Onboarding Requests should be submitted via the form here:
Once the request is received, the Kornit X Team will send a dedicated Product Assortment Board (PAB) to be completed.



Artwork

Artwork Creation

Creating Artwork for POD has some specific requirements.
 are stored centrally in the Legends SharePoint.
These can also be requested by contacting the Kornit X Strategic Account Team.

Artwork Submission

  1. LGM Merch Team should verify the artwork file matches the Mock Up prior to submitting artwork to Kornit X.
  2. Artwork should be submitted to KornitX via a Dropbox URL.  (
    1. Note: 1 x Parent Dropbox URL containing sub folders with all related artwork is preferable to submitting individual Dropbox urls per product.
  3. LGM should ensure Artwork is provided in time to meet any deadlines set.

Blank Garments

Blank Product and Pricing Catalogs

Most recent versions of the Blank and Pricing Catalogs are stored centrally in the Legends SharePoint.
These can also be requested by contacting the Kornit X Strategic Account Team.

New Branding Requests

If new branding elements are required, please note that the following timescales apply for set up:
- New Branding Group - 30 Days
- New option within an existing Branding Group (eg. new Hang Tag) - 7 days



Samples


Sample Approval Options

  • Physical – Sample shipped to Merch Team for review. Use initially, then transfer to Photo.
  • Photo – Image of Sample sent to Merch Team via Email for review.
  • Digital Mock Up - Link to a digital version of the product.  Used where an actual printed sample is nor required.
  • No Sample Required
Option selection depends on partner approval requirements and should be communicated to the Kornit X Onboarding team.

Sample Rejection Process

If a sample is rejected due to artwork issues, required changes should be clearly outlined to the LGM Art Team for rework.
Updated artwork should then be re-submitted to KX for review / resampling where needed.

Live Order Inquiries

The Kornit X Platform allows you to view and manage all aspects of LGM's customer and sample orders, including:

  1. Ensuring orders have been received into the Kornit X Platform
  2. Confirming Customer and Sample Order Status
  3. Locating Tracking Information

      • When submitting requests to the Support Desk, we kindly ask that you provide us with the PO Number for the associated order(s), that way we can use this unique identifier to locate these in the KornitX Platform for you.
