Product Data Submission
The most common contributor to timeline extensions has been delays in receiving artwork approval from the
brand.
Receiving product details as soon as possible maximises our chances of hitting the target launch date

Sample Approval Options
Physical – Sample shipped to Merch Team for review. Use initially, then transfer to Photo.
Photo – Image of Sample sent to Merch Team via Email for review.
Digital Mock Up - Link to a digital version of the product. Used where an actual printed sample is nor required.

Live Order Issues
Subject Matter = Any queries regarding live orders or user permissions, KornitX Platform Navigation and access enquiries.
Important Note: When submitting these requests, we kindly ask that you provide us with the PO Number for the associated order(s), that way we can use this unique identifier to locate these in the KornitX Platform for you.
